Since this is a disclosure page I figured I might as well disclose a few things you may not know about me:

I love coffee and drink it often and with not much guilt.

I believe all the studies that say chocolate is good for women.

I love to garden, and treat my flowers as if they were my own children. I’m pretty sure my neighbors think this is strange and talk about me.

I am waiting for someone to develop a GPS to help me find my before-children-body. I have looked for it at several gyms and have joined many weight loss groups and programs but still have not located it.

I do realize that my belief that chocolate is important to the well being of women could be one reason why I have had some trouble locating my before-children-body.
