The Dishwasher Is Going To Be Mad!

I’m afraid the dishwasher is going to be very angry this week. For one thing, the original essay I wrote this week can be found on Bonbonbreak.com. 

Heaven only knows what the crazed appliance has in store for us this week. It never likes to be ignored.


But if that slight is not enough to make it act up, then the fact that I’m going to be at BlogHer, which this year is in New York City, is really going to put it over the edge.


Yes, that’s right, for four days I will be away from not only my dishwasher, but from my family. 

I’m trying to remember the last time I was away, completely by myself. I don’t know if the times I was in the hospital to have Lizzy and Peter count.


I have my lists made, my clothes picked out and my hair colored. I’m good to go!


If you are going to be at BlogHer let me know, I would love to meet up with you. If you can’t go, no need to worry. I will be tweeting and updating my Facebook pages to let you know how it’s going and all that I am learning.

    Tell your dishwasher to think positive. While you are away, it should have less dishes to wash, so hopefully life will be a bit easier for it.

    Lucky you! I told myself this was going to be the year I’d get to a blog conference but since it’s just about August, it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. I need to start planning for next year tho. And I just checked out Bonbon Break and the site looks great- I just signed up for the newsletter. 🙂

    Your dishwasher not the only jealous one! –I live in NY but to get to NYC is just a bit much on the old pocketbook– guess I’ll be saving for next years conventions— I’d really like to get to one-I feel these is so much I still can learn about bloggoing =)
